What is Love? (My pathetic attempt at slam poetry...)

What is Love?

Love is,
The deep breath you take right after the rain has ceased to be,
Little 220 mark on you speedometer,
That perfect piece of chocolate right when you need it,
Double-tall, steamy-hot cup of caffeine resting between your palms,
Pair of jeans that makes your butt look so good, your dad notices,
The beautiful shade of red your tongue is so vibrantly colored,
After half-a-bag of pixy-stix.
When you wake up from the perfect dream only to realize,
you haven't fallen asleep yet.
Staying up all night, bleary-eyed
to beat that game you've beaten countless times before.
Love can have a perfect body,
Four tires,
A Hemi,
And be loud enough to drowned out whoever is in your rear-view mirror.
Love can just as easily have four legs, fur, and be cuddly.
It can be baked, sautéed, pan fried, deep fried or otherwise,
Wrapped, double wrapped, with double steak, double bean, covered in salsa, hold the lettuce.
Love can be as easy as cake: especially when it involves pie,
Apple pie, pumpkin pie, berry pie, 3.14159 pi.
Just remember:
Love doesn't come with warning labels, so be careful not to easily fall into it.
